Police seek witnesses in incident near Franklin CTrain Station

We are asking for the public’s help to advance an investigation after we located a man in medical distress near the Franklin CTrain Station.

On Tuesday, Feb. 13, 2024, at approximately 10:15 p.m., CPS members were conducting regular patrols in the parking lot of the Franklin CTrain Station, located at 2734 Radcliffe Dr. S.E., when they located a man in medical distress. The man was transported to hospital in life-threatening condition, where he remains.

Following a medical examination, the circumstances around the man’s condition are considered suspicious.

We are looking to speak with any witnesses or anyone who may have information about this incident, or who may have seen anything suspicious at or near the Franklin CTrain Station, on the south side of Memorial Drive near the spiral staircase, between 9:10 p.m. and 10:15 p.m. on Tuesday, Feb. 13, 2024.
