Update #2: Charges laid in missing person file – Christopher

Our officers continue to investigate the homicide of Christopher STEVENSON, who is believed to have been murdered in August 2023.

Yesterday, Wednesday, Aug. 28, 2024, investigators took a woman into custody in relation to Christopher’s death.

As a result, Kenedee Christine TAYLOR, 26, of Calgary is charged with second-degree murder.

She will next appear in court on Wednesday, Sept. 4, 2024.

“The investigation into the death of Christopher is still active and ongoing,” says Staff Sgt. Sean Gregson of the Calgary Police Service Homicide Unit. “We want to provide answers to Christopher’s family and loved ones, and we will continue to gather evidence and speak to individuals who may have information regarding the murder of Christopher.”
