Seeking public assistance to locate suspect in bank robbery
We are sharing photos of an individual believed to be responsible for a bank robbery.
On Thursday, Jan. 20, 2022, at about 11:40 a.m., a male entered the TD Canada Trust, located in the 4800 block of 32 Avenue N.W., and handed a robbery note to a staff member.
After staff complied and gave the man an undisclosed amount of money, he exited the bank.
CCTV photos of the suspect identify him as approximately 40-years-old, between 5’11” to 6’ tall. He was wearing a dark, zip-up style jacket, a flat-brimmed Toronto Blue Jays baseball cap, faded blue jeans and navy slip-on shoes with white soles. He was also wearing dark sunglasses.
