Police seek public assistance in 2018 missing person case - MACEACHERN

We are once again asking for public assistance to locate Lisa MACEACHERN, 51, who was last seen in Calgary in June 2018.

In the summer of 2021, we received tips from the public about believed sightings of MACEACHERN collecting recyclables and frequenting the communities of Bowness, Montgomery and downtown.

Investigators believe MACEACHERN may still be frequenting the same communities in Calgary and are asking anyone who believes they have recently seen MACEACHERN to contact police.

It is uncharacteristic for MACEACHERN’s family to have no contact with her, and they continue to be concerned for her welfare. Investigators are also concerned for her wellbeing and are trying to determine if MACEACHERN is in a vulnerable state and requires support.

MACEACHERN is described as 5’6” tall, approximately 130 pounds, with brown eyes and red hair. MACEACHERN also has tattoos on her shoulders with three hearts and flowers. The clothing she was wearing at the time of her disappearance is unknown.

The images provided may differ from MACEACHERN’s current appearance as we believe she may now have a slimmer build than she did in the posted photos.

Anyone who has seen MACEACHERN, or may have information regarding her disappearance, is asked to call the Calgary Police Service non-emergency line at 403-266-1234.

Tips can also be submitted anonymously to Crime Stoppers through either of the following methods:
