Police seek assistance in 2018 missing person case

We continue to seek public assistance in locating Lisa MACEACHERN, 51, who was last seen in Calgary in June 2018.

Recently, we have received tips from the public of believed sightings of MACEACHERN collecting recyclables and frequenting the communities of Bowness, Montgomery and Downtown. We are asking anyone who lives or works in these areas who actively sees MACEACHERN to call the Calgary Police Service non-emergency line at 403-266-1234, as soon as possible.

It is uncharacteristic for MACEACHERN’s family to have no contact with her and they continue to be concerned for her welfare. Investigators are also concerned for her wellbeing and are trying to determine if MACEACHERN is in a vulnerable state and requires support.

MACEACHERN is described as 5’6” tall, approximately 130 pounds, with brown eyes and red hair. MACEACHERN also has tattoos on her shoulders with three hearts and flowers. It is unknown what she was wearing when she went missing in 2018.

Photos of MACEACHERN are available on The City of Calgary Newsroom. Please note the images may differ from MACEACHERN’s current appearance as we believe she may now have a slimmer build than she did in the posted photos.

Anyone who has seen MACEACHERN, or may have information regarding her disappearance, is asked to call the Calgary Police Service at 403-266-1234, or the Calgary Police Service Missing Persons Tip Line at 403-428-2250.

Tips can also be submitted anonymously to Crime Stoppers through either of the following methods:
