Police search property north of Calgary in relation to missing person

We continue to search a rural property located on Range Road 293 in Rocky View County, Alta., in hopes of finding information related to a missing man.

Police are searching for information regarding the disappearance of Christopher STEVENSON, 37, of Calgary, who was last seen in August.

Investigators believe Christopher may have been a victim of foul play and were led to the property in search of evidence related to his disappearance.

Investigators began searching the property on Saturday, Sept. 16, 2023, and the search is expected to continue into the coming weekend.

On Friday, Sept. 15, 2023, officers executed a search warrant in the 600 block of Sixth Avenue S.E., and two people were taken into custody for questioning in relation to Christopher’s disappearance. Both individuals remain in custody due to unrelated matters.

As the investigation remains ongoing, no further details are available. Updates will be provided once our search concludes.
