Police investigate suspicious death in city’s southeast – Update #2

We have charged one man in relation to a suspicious death that occurred earlier this week in the community of Deer Run that is believed to be domestic in nature.

Robert George DURAND, 37, is charged with one count of second-degree murder. He is scheduled to next appear in court on Friday, Dec. 19, 2025.

An autopsy was completed today by the Office of the Chief Medical Examiner. To protect the privacy of the family, the name of the victim will not be released.
