Eau Claire shooting victim identified

The victim of a deadly shooting in Eau Claire on the weekend has been formally identified by the Office of the Chief Medical Examiner.

Benjamin VIRTUCIO, 29, died on Friday, June 5, 2020.

We continue to seek witnesses and information about a white Mercedes car, possibly a C400 class, as well as two suspects, who were seen in the Eau Claire area at the time of the shooting.

The first suspect is described as a man in his 20s, with light-brown skin tone, black hair, short in stature, with a medium build and wearing a white hoodie. The second suspect is described as a black man, tall, with a slim build, wearing a hoodie.
