Calgary Transit will return to regular routes at noon on Thursday following snow detours

By 12 p.m. on Thursday, January 18, all Calgary Transit snow detours will be lifted and buses will return to their regular routes.  Please note that snow detours will remain in place for the morning commute.

We appreciate your patience and flexibility while detours are in place. Because we activated the snow detours early, we were able to have zero stuck buses and ensure service kept moving. We understand that snow detours can result in longer walks and increased travel time, but keeping buses out of known trouble spots helps us keep transit moving more efficiently for everyone.
