Additional charge laid in fatal altercation outside of downtown bar

Investigators have laid an additional charge against a man who is also accused in a fatal stabbing that occurred outside of the Commonwealth Bar & Stage on Saturday, April 26, 2025.

Drayden Leroy NAYNEECASSUM-TOTO, 19, was previously charged with one count of second-degree murder in relation to the death of Jonas Robert NEDD, 21. NAYNEECASSUM-TOTO has also now been charged with one count of aggravated assault in relation to a second victim who was injured in the altercation. NAYNEECASSUM-TOTO will next appear in court tomorrow, Friday, June 13, 2025.
