Second person dies in Redstone incident

The second victim of the Redstone incident on Tuesday evening has died in hospital.

At approximately 8 p.m., on Tuesday, Sept. 20, 2016, police were called to a home along Redstone Manor N.E., for reports of shots being fired. When officers arrived, they found one adult deceased and a second adult in life-threatening condition. The injured person was transported to hospital with a police escort, but they have since succumbed to their injuries.

The Homicide Unit continues to investigate.
