Woman wanted on warrants for sexual assault and sexual interference located

Thanks to a tip from a member of the public, Regina Carla FITZGERALD has been located and arrested.

We are asking for the public’s assistance to locate a woman who is wanted on warrants in connection with the sexual assault of a teenage boy near the Somerset-Bridlewood CTrain Station.

At approximately 3:30 p.m. on Sunday, June 1, 2025, investigators believe an unknown woman approached a 13-year-old boy on a sidewalk near the Somerset-Bridlewood CTrain platform. The woman engaged the boy in conversation and made comments of a sexual nature. She then proceeded to touch him in a sexual manner. Shortly after, the suspect fled the scene, and the victim found a nearby adult to ask for help.

Following a thorough investigation, the woman has been identified as Regina Carla FITZGERALD, 49, of Calgary. 

FITZGERALD is wanted on warrants for sexual assault and sexual interference with a child under the age of 16. Investigators have made several attempts to locate her but have so far been unsuccessful.
