Update #3 - Man shot on bus; suspect located

A man wanted on warrants in connection with a shooting on a Calgary bus has been located and arrested without incident.

Theoren YELLOWOLDWOMAN, 28, has been remanded into custody on charges including aggravated assault, knowledge of an unauthorized possession of a firearm, careless use of a firearm, two counts of firearm possession contrary to a prohibition order and one count of breach of a probation order.

He will next appear in court on Wednesday, May 24, 2023.
