UPDATE - High-risk offender wanted on warrants – BARRETT

Police have located the high-risk offender that was recently released into the community and was subsequently wanted on warrants.

Paul Algino BARRETT, 23, of Calgary has been arrested for breaching parole conditions and is now in police custody.
