Undetermined Death - Bankview

The Calgary Police Service Homicide Unit has been called out following the discovery of a body in a residence in Bankview.

At approximately 1:35 p.m., police were notified by the Calgary Fire Department of an incident in the 1800 block of 17 Street S.W. Upon arrival, police located a man deceased inside the residence and another injured man outside the residence.

It is not yet known whether the death of the man is suspicious in nature. As in all undetermined deaths, the medical examiner in conjunction with detectives from the Homicide Unit have been called out to investigate.
