Suspicious Death In The Community of Discovery Ridge- Update

Update:

Today, Tuesday, Sept. 13, 2022, after an autopsy completed by the Office of the Chief Medical Examiner, the death of a man in the community of Discovery Ridge has been deemed as non-criminal. As such, no further information will be released.

 Police investigate suspicious death in Discovery Ridge

 We are currently on scene in the southwest community of Discovery Ridge investigating a suspicious death.

 At approximately 7:30 p.m., today, Sunday, Sept. 11, 2022, police were called to the 0-100 block of Discovery Ridge Close S.W., for reports of a deceased man found within the residence.

 The Calgary Police Service Homicide Unit is currently investigating, and an autopsy is scheduled for Tuesday, Sept. 13, 2022.

 As the investigation is in its early stages, no further information is available at this time.
