Suspects sought in property damage incident

We are asking the public for their help in identifying two men believed to be responsible for deliberately damaging a vehicle in the northeast community of Saddle Ridge.

At approximately 1:30 a.m., on Saturday, Jan. 17, 2026, a witness in the 0-100 block of Saddlelake Way N.E. heard a loud noise outside of their house. When they looked outside, an unknown man entered a white SUV and fled the area. It is believed that two suspects arrived at the residence, exited their SUV, believed to be a Ford, and purposefully damaged a vehicle with a baseball bat and BB gun. They also fired BB gun rounds at the residence, causing additional damage.

After exhausting all investigative avenues to identify and locate the suspects, police are turning to the public for their help in hopes of advancing the investigation.

The driver is described as a man in his late teens or early 20s. At the time of the incident, he was wearing a black puffer jacket and dark-coloured pants.

The passenger is described as a man in his late teens or early 20s. At the time of the incident, he was wearing a black vest, white hoodie and light-blue jeans.
