Suspect sought in indecent act investigation

We are asking for the public’s help to identify a man believed to be responsible for committing an indecent act earlier this month.

On Wednesday, Jan. 7, 2026, at about 7:30 p.m., a woman was sitting in her parked vehicle in the 1100 block of 13 Avenue S.W., when an unknown man approached her vehicle and opened her front passenger door. It was reported the man then exposed himself to her and committed an indecent act while making lewd comments.

The woman was able to drive away from the scene. She reported the incident to police the following day.

Investigators canvassed the area for witnesses and camera footage but have been unable to find an image of the suspect or identify him. A composite sketch of the man has been created and we are releasing it to the public in the interest of advancing the investigation.

The suspect is described as between 5’8” and 5’10” tall, approximately 35 years old, with a slim build, dark hair, a medium complexion and a beard. At the time of the offence, he was wearing a felt coat, black joggers, a red-and-grey scarf and a toque.
