Seeking public assistance to locate stolen vehicle and dog

We are asking for public assistance to locate a stolen vehicle and dog, which were taken this morning.

At about 1 a.m., today, Thursday, Oct. 28, 2021, a grey Pontiac Montana van, license plate CKL8996, was taken while parked in front of a home in the 500 block of Hunts Cr. N.W. At the time of the theft, a black Labrador retriever, named Buddy, was inside the vehicle. Officers searched the area but have been unable to locate the vehicle or the dog.
