Seeking public assistance to identify robbery & assault suspects
We are asking for the public’s help to identify two individuals believed to be responsible for a personal robbery and assault that occurred in the fall.
On Friday, Oct. 3, 2025, at about 11:20 a.m., a man in his 40s was located in medical distress in the alley behind the Palomino Smokehouse, located at 109 Seventh Ave. S.W. He was transported to the hospital in life-threatening condition.
We opened an investigation into the circumstances surrounding the man’s injuries. Following several investigative steps, it is now believed the victim was assaulted in the alley and had his personal belongings stolen. It is believed two suspects fled the scene eastbound on Seventh Avenue S.W.
The victim sustained serious injuries and has since recovered.
We are asking for the public’s help to identify a man and a woman believed to be involved in the incident.
The male suspect is described as between 30 and 40 years old, with short, dark hair, a moustache and a large tattoo on the back of his left hand. At the time of the incident, he was wearing a grey zip-up hoodie, a dark green Reebok shirt, jeans and black-and-white sneakers.
The female suspect is described as between 25 and 35 years old, with long, brown hair and a slim build. At the time of the incident, she was wearing a black puffy coat, black pants, a grey shirt and white shoes.
