Seeking public assistance in series of northeast break-ins

We are asking for the public's help to identify three youths believed to be responsible for a series of break-ins and acts of vandalism in the northeast community of Whitehorn.

Between Saturday, Sept. 26, 2026, and Sunday, Sept. 27, 2026, it is believed the group unlawfully entered three unoccupied properties that were listed for sale in Whitehorn, causing more than $300,000 in damage. While inside the properties, the youths smashed windows, toilets, sinks, walls and doors. In one of the residences, water was left running, causing significant water damage.

The suspects are described as three youths, believed to be between 10 and 16 years old, who were seen riding a scooter, an electric scooter and a bicycle in the area.

Due to provisions under the Youth Criminal Justice Act, images of the youths cannot be released; however, blurred images are available below.

Investigators are working to identify the individuals involved and are asking anyone with information about the incidents to come forward.
