Seeking public assistance in SE vandalism spree

The Calgary Police Service is seeking public assistance for information related to a string of property damage incidents that occurred in the southeast communities of Douglasdale and McKenzie Lake earlier this week.

Sometime between 9 p.m., on Wednesday, Nov. 21, and 7 a.m., on Thursday, Nov. 22, 2018, unknown culprits damaged property along a three-block stretch, in the 14000 block of Mount McKenzie Drive S.E.

Thirteen victims have come forward to police to report damage to their vehicles, including slashed tires, broken mirrors and graffiti, as well as graffiti on a nearby school and a residence.

Anyone who has yet to report property damage is asked to contact police.
