Seeking public assistance in jewelry theft

The Calgary Police Service is seeking public assistance to identify a man believed to be responsible for a recent jewelry theft.

On Sunday, Feb. 10, 2019, between 5:30 p.m. and 6:30 p.m., an unknown male was seen at Paris Jewelers located at Market Mall, 3625 Shaganappi Trail N.W., where it is believed he removed jewelry from an unlocked showcase and exited the store. The total estimated value of the stolen jewelry is over $13,000.

The suspect is described as approximately 5’10” to 6’ tall, with a medium build, and as having brown hair with highlights, a goatee and mustache.
