Seeking public assistance – bank robbery

The Calgary Police Service is seeking the public’s help to identify a man believed to have robbed a bank in late August.

On Saturday, Aug. 25, 2018, at approximately 1:20 p.m., a man entered the CIBC, located at 2580 Southland Dr. S.W., where he approached the teller demanding money. He was given an undisclosed sum of cash at which point he fled the bank.

The suspect is described as a dark-skinned man, 5’5” tall with a slim build. He was wearing dark blue overalls, a white construction hardhat, a white mask, and was carrying a decorated red box.
