Release of High-Risk Offender – Calvin Keegan DILLON

In the interest of public safety, the Calgary Police Service is issuing the following public information and warning regarding the release of a high-risk offender.

Calvin Keegan DILLON, 37, has been released from custody and is believed to be returning to Calgary today, Friday, July 12, 2024.

DILLON has previous convictions for assault, sexual assault with a weapon, sexual assault and voyeurism. His offences were committed in Saskatchewan.

DILLON is described as approximately 6’1” tall, weighing approximately 175 pounds with black hair and brown eyes.  

At this time, DILLON is not bound by any court-ordered conditions, however the CPS High-Risk Offender Program (HROP) is working through the court process to request conditions.

The Calgary Police Service is issuing this information and warning after careful deliberation and consideration of all related issues, including privacy concerns, in the belief that it is clearly in the public interest to inform the members of the community of DILLON’s release.

Members of the public are advised that the intent of the process is to enable members of the public to take suitable precautionary measures and not to embark on any form of vigilante action.
