We’re moving back! Planning Services Centre returns to Municipal Building Jan. 9

The City of Calgary is re-opening the Planning Services Centre at the Municipal Building (800 Macleod Trail S.E.) on Monday, Jan. 9, 2023. The team is looking forward to returning to the core to provide Calgarians with trade permits, business licenses, development and building applications, issuance of personal service licence cards, document checks, onsite payments options and onsite scanning of historical records. 

In August 2022, a security event triggered the sprinkler system causing water damage to multiple floors of the building resulting a temporary relocation to other City facilities. 

The Planning Services Centre will be open during regular business hours, Monday-Friday from 8 a.m.-4:15 p.m. Jan. 6 will be the last day for in person services at the temporary Planning Services Centre located at Whitehorn Multi-Services Centre (3705 35 Street N.E.). Applicants can continue to submit applications for business licences and permits online at apply.calgary.ca.
