Police seek public assistance to locate missing wheelchair

The Calgary Police Service is seeking public assistance to locate a wheelchair that was stolen along with a vehicle from a home located in the community of Albert Park.

In the early morning hours of Thursday, May 24, 2018, a silver minivan was stolen from a driveway in the 2700 block of 9 Avenue S.E. Inside the van was a wheelchair used by the owner’s daughter for mobility.

The van is described as a 2007 Dodge Caravan bearing Alberta licence plate BVF 8206.

The wheelchair is described as a black Tsunami Little Wave XP, model number TALWX-14.
