Police seek public assistance in aggravated assault

The Calgary Police Service is seeking public assistance to identify two persons of interest that may have information in relation to an aggravated assault that occurred early last month.

On Sunday, April 1, 2018, at approximately 2:45 a.m., an unknown male assaulted a male victim in the 200 block of 8 Avenue S.W. As a result of the attack, the victim sustained serious, life-altering injuries.

From CCTV obtained from the area at the time of the assault, police believe these persons of interest may have information that can assist in the investigation.
