Police investigating suspicious death in Castleridge

We are currently investigating a suspicious death in the northeast community of Castleridge.

At approximately 7 a.m., on Friday, June 17, 2022, we were called to the 0-100 block of Castleridge Drive N.E., for reports of a person in medical distress. A woman in her 20s was found deceased within the residence.

An autopsy took place today at the Office of the Chief Medical Examiner and the death is considered suspicious at this time. Police are currently notifying next of kin and are unable to provide further information on the victim’s identity.

The investigation continues and no additional details are available.
