Off-duty police officer charged with indecent act

A member of the Calgary Police Service has been charged in connection with off-duty conduct.

On Wednesday, July 20, 2022, Daryn EMMETT, 54, was arrested and charged in relation to an indecent act.

The officer has been a member of the CPS for 12 years and has been placed on an administrative leave pending further investigation.
