Multi-alarm Fire in Sage Hill

On January 6, 2024, at approximately 12:50 am, fire crews responded to the 0-100 block of Sage Hill Terrace NW to find two large multifamily residential units, under construction, heavily involved with fire spreading to a third unit. A second alarm was called to bring additional resources to the scene. Defensive operations were quickly initiated utilizing aerial ladders and platforms to keep the fire to areas already involved and not spread further. The cause of the fire is being investigated.
