Missing person- RAMSAY - Located

We are pleased to share that Edward RAMSAY has been located safe. We would like to thank the media and the public for their assistance. 

Original release below:

We are seeking public assistance to locate a Calgary man last seen yesterday morning in the southeast area of the city. 


Edward RAMSAY, 59, was last seen in the southeast community of Acadia on Sunday, June 26, 2022, at approximately 8:30 a.m. Edward last communicated with his family through text messages on Sunday morning. It is out of character for Edward to not be in contact and his family and police are concerned for his wellbeing. 


Edward was driving a black 2016 GMC Canyon truck, Alberta license plate SKF370. The truck has two distinct stickers on the back window of STARS Air Ambulance and “Stop Crowsnest Mines”. 


Edward is 5’6” tall and approximately 130 pounds, with a slim build, blue eyes, short receding grey hair, and a beard. He was last seen wearing a tan-coloured hat with a fish on it, dark blue metal-framed glasses, a T-shirt, blue jeans, and brown hiking shoes.
