Media Availability: Recognizing Calgary’s Special Olympics Champions
Calgary City Council and The City of Calgary will recognize the Special Olympics World Summer Games Abu Dhabi 2019 Calgary-based team members: Emma Bittorf, Amber Harriman, Jordan Macleod, and Justin Thompson along with the coach, mission staff, and caddie at the Council meeting on Monday, April 8. These determined athletes exemplified the spirit and essence of Calgary winning a total of 12 medals.
Media are invited to attend a special photo and interview opportunity to meet these Special Olympians.
