Media Availability: Busking program pilot
The City of Calgary is hosting a media availability on Thursday, Jan. 14 at 10 a.m. to share more about the busking program pilot for 2016.
With a growing city and nearly 500 busking IDs issued on a yearly basis, a review of how The City supports busking is currently being undertaken.
The second phase of the review will implement and pilot some of the recommendations gathered in phase one. Feedback on the pilot and how the changes are working for all stakeholders will be collected and, if required, the program will be adjusted again for the 2017 season.
