On Thursday, January 2nd, more than half a million property owners will begin receiving their 2020 Assessment Notices.City Assessor Nelson Karpa will share key findings from this year’s assessment roll and other important information for property owners including the Customer Review Period. New this year, media are invited to attend an information session prior to the scheduled press conference, where subject matter experts will outline The City’s assessment process and answer questions. *Note this session is not for broadcast or spokesperson attribution.
