Media are invite to join The City of Calgary, Alberta Blue Cross and the United Way of Calgary and Area for the grand opening of a natural play and gathering space at Village Square Leisure Centre.

This natural play and gathering place is an example of The City’s commitment to supporting unstructured play. It reinforces our commitment to the Play Charter signed at the 20th International Play Association Triennial World Conference. The new space also supports The City’s community hub partnership with the United Way.
