Media advisory: 2018 property and business assessment roll

On Thursday, January 4, 2018, The City of Calgary will mail over half a million property and business assessment notices. Harvey Fairfield, Acting Director/City Assessor, will share key findings from this year’s assessment roll, including median assessed values. Following a short presentation, he will be available to answer questions.

The building is located south of 32 Avenue N.E., parallel to Deerfoot Trail. The entrance is at the rear (east side) of building. Please note there is limited parking on-site and arrangements have been made so that media can park in the Calgary Sun parking lot across the street during this press conference.
