Media Advisory – W.O. Mitchell Book Prize Shortlist Reading

Media are invited to a special literary event on Wednesday, April 19, 2017 where The 2016 City of Calgary W.O. Mitchell Book Prize shortlisted authors will read from (or speak about) their submitted books and answer audience questions.

Who: The three shortlisted authors are:
Joan Crate, Black Apple (Simon & Schuster)
Beth Everest, silent sister: the mastectomy poems (Frontenac House)
Richard Harrison, On Not Losing My Father’s Ashes in the Flood (Wolsak and Wynn)

When: Wednesday, April 19, 2017
