Media Advisory – CPS celebrates five years with Justice Facility Dog Hawk and welcomes Calibri

The Calgary Police Service is pleased to celebrate Hawk’s five-year anniversary as a CPS service member and Justice Facility Dog. Hawk’s unique services and skills have helped numerous victims of crime and as such, led CPS to require a second Justice Facility Dog, Calibri.

Rookie canine Calibri comes to CPS from Pacific Assistance Dogs Society (PADS), the same organization that provided Hawk. Calibri will support Hawk and the Victim Assistance Support Team in their endeavours to comfort and assist victims of crime who face overwhelming situations.

Join us to celebrate Hawk’s incredible accomplishments, and welcome new member Calibri to CPS.
