Man wanted on Canada-wide warrants located

The Calgary Police Service has located a man wanted on warrants for breach of recognizance.

On Monday, Aug. 29, 2016, Calgary police asked for the public’s assistance in locating 21-year-old Chayce Anthony KRAUSE, a man wanted in connection with an attempted murder that occurred on New Year’s Eve in 2013.

On Tuesday, Aug. 30, 2016, at approximately 12:30 p.m., a member of the public who believed they had seen KRAUSE contacted police. KRAUSE was arrested in southeast Calgary and taken into custody.

The Calgary Police Service would like to thank the public and the media for their assistance.
