Man charged in voyeurism incident

We have charged a Calgary man who is believed to be responsible for possessing and sharing intimate photos while working at a local rehabilitation care facility. 

In January this year, an investigation began after we were notified by a current staff member that the suspect was believed to have intimate photos on his personal cellphone of one of the care facility’s clients without their knowledge or consent.

As the investigation progressed, it was discovered that the suspect was also in possession of an intimate video of himself and an adult woman, and that he was sharing the video without the woman’s consent. The woman is not a client of the care facility.

On Monday, March 24, 2025, police executed a search warrant in the 8500 block of 8A Avenue S.W.

As a result, Kyle LOZANO, 27, is charged with one count of voyeurism and two counts of distributing intimate images without consent.

LOZANO is scheduled to next appear in court on Tuesday, May 6, 2025.

LOZANO no longer works at the care facility.
