Man charged in relation to Pineridge suspicious death

A man has been charged in relation to a suspicious death – now deemed a homicide – that occurred last weekend in the community of Pineridge.

At approximately 8:50 a.m., on Saturday, Oct. 30, 2021, police were called to a home in the 100 block of Pinehill Road N.E., for reports of a deceased person in the residence.

Following an autopsy by the Office of the Chief Medical Examiner, we can share that the victim is 50-year-old Deborah Ann MITCHELL.

MITCHELL’s son, 29-year-old Levi Romeo MITCHELL has been charged with second-degree murder in relation to her death. He will next appear in court on Thursday, Nov. 4, 2021.
