On Monday, Nov. 20, 2017, police asked for the public’s help to identify and locate a suspect believed to be connected to four commercial robberies that occurred over the weekend. In each robbery, the suspect used a knife to threaten staff, while directing them to place money into a bag. The businesses were:

  • Domino’s Pizza, 14 Richard Way S.W.
  • Biz Big Cheese Kensington, 207 – 10 Street N.W.
  • Dave’s Liquor, 1540 – 16 Avenue N.W.

Later on Monday, Nov. 20, 2017, at approximately 6:20 p.m., it is alleged that the same suspect robbed a TD Canada Trust located in the 5600 block of Signal Hill Centre S.W. The suspect was quickly located by HAWCS, who followed the suspect’s vehicle until District 8 patrol officers on the ground were able to safely apprehend him.
