Timothy Ashton JONES, 41, wanted on warrants for attempted murder in a shooting that occurred yesterday in Forest Lawn has been located by police. He remains in custody pending his next court appearance.

Police seek public’s help to locate man wanted on warrant for attempted murder
We are looking for the public’s help to locate a man responsible for a shooting that occurred yesterday in the community of Forest Lawn.
At approximately 7:40 a.m., on Thursday, Nov. 25, 2021, police responded to reports of a shot fired in the 1700 block of 38 Street S.E. Upon arrival, police learned that there had been a shot fired through a closed door of an apartment.
The offender shot at the victim; however, no one was injured during the incident.
Investigators are now attempting to locate the man responsible for the shooting and are appealing to the public for help.
Timothy Ashton JONES, 41, is wanted on a Canada-wide Warrant for attempted murder in relation to this incident. JONES is currently awaiting trial in the January 2020 murder of Karson GOODEAGLE and was released from custody with conditions.
He is described as approximately 6’2" tall and 205 pounds.
