High-risk offender wanted on warrants

A high-risk offender is currently wanted on warrants following voyeurism incidents involving a child.

On Thursday, May 14, 2020, a man was seen approaching a residence located in the 4600 block of Hubalta Road S.E. The man allegedly watched a 12-year-old girl through a bedroom window while conducting a sexual act. The same man is believed to be involved in two similar incidents that occurred last month.

Last night officers identified a suspect and searched for him. We were unable to locate the suspect and warrants have now been issued for the arrest of Keegan Troy SPEARCHIEF, 34.

SPEARCHIEF, who also goes by Keegan EAGLE CHILD, is described as Indigenous, 6’5” tall, approximately 180 pounds, with long brown hair and brown eyes. He has a tattoo on his left shoulder of a throwing star. Photos of SPEARCHIEF are available on The City of Calgary Newsroom.
