Hate Crime Team investigates graffiti – 17 Avenue S.W.

We are currently investigating graffiti discovered along 17 Avenue S.W.

Yesterday, racially motivated graffiti was reported to us by citizens, located at 1179 17 Avenue S.W. Three cement barriers had the words "Kill off the white supremacists!" and "Stop making white babies," written in what appeared to be white spray paint.

All three cement barriers faced onto 17 Avenue S.W., and investigators are asking for the public’s help to identify who may be involved, and when this incident occurred.

Graffiti removal crews have been notified and dispatched to remove the graffiti.
