CPS Statement: Shooting in Marlborough

Yesterday, Thursday, Nov. 9, 2023, at approximately 11:50 p.m., we were called to the 900 block of Marcombe Drive N.E. for reports of a shooting. Upon arrival, police located a vehicle that had been involved in a collision. One person in the vehicle appeared to be suffering from gunshot wounds. Three people were taken to hospital. One person was transported in critical condition, and two others were transported in stable condition.

The investigation is ongoing and police are currently on scene. At this time, the incident is believed to be targeted, and there is no danger to the public.
