We're adjusting our hours of operation for the National Day for Truth and Reconciliation on Friday, Sept. 30, 2022.
Getting around
Calgary Transit
Calgary Transit will be operating buses, CTrains and On Demand on a Saturday level of service. Customer service centres will remain open. For more information on fares, schedules and service changes, please visit calgarytransit.com.
Parking
Payment is not required for on-street ParkPlus zones and holiday rates will be in effect in select CPA surface lots and parkades. Regular rates will be in effect at Calgary Zoo, TELUS Spark and Heritage Park. The Municipal Impound Lot will also be closed.
Things to do
Citizens are invited to join Indigenous Elders, community leaders and all Calgarians committed to the spirit of reconciliation and hope for generations of children at Fort Calgary, 750 9 Ave. S.E., at 10 a.m., or online at calgary.ca/live.
Everyone is strongly encouraged to wear orange, preferably from a local Indigenous vendor, to show your allyship and solidarity.

- Bookings at arenas, athletic parks and the Calgary Soccer Centre.
