Calgary Fire Crews Respond to Early Morning Downtown Fire-Update

A fire watch crew was assigned and on scene to ensure the fire did not reignite throughout the morning. Calgary Fire Investigators completed a preliminary investigation which included the canine fire investigator attending the scene. 

Investigators have confirmed that the fire originated on the alley side of the building and that this fire is being considered suspicious. Calgary Police Arson Investigators are now leading the investigation.
