AMBER Alert ends; Charges pending in Panorama homicide – Update
The Calgary Police Service has laid charges in connection with a double homicide that occurred earlier this week.
Edward Delten DOWNEY, 46, of Calgary, has been charged with two counts of first-degree murder in the deaths of 34-year-old Sara BAILLIE and her five-year-old daughter Taliyah Leigh MARSMAN. He is next scheduled to appear in court on Wednesday, July 20, 2016.
